About The Author

Cassie Smatana Stone has taught swimming since she was 15 years old. Over the last 18 years, she has created a fun and engaging teaching method for hundreds of young swimmers using silly sea creatures.

 

Growing up at the local Mountainside YMCA in Albuquerque, New Mexico, gave her opportunities and skills that have shaped her into who she is today. She is very thankful to her coaches and the staff who introduced her to swimming. She hopes to give back what was once given to her by teaching others to swim.
